Message from the Foreign Affairs Office of

the People’s Government of Diqing Prefecture to Foreign Nationals in Diqing

 

To cope with the outbreak of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), the highest-level (level one) public health response was launched in Yunnan, and Diqing prefecture also issue an announcement to adopt measures on January 25th , 2020. The CPC Diqing Prefecture Committee and the People’s Government of the Diqing Prefecture attached high importance to and made comprehensive deployment on prevention and control. The Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of Diqing Prefecture hereby sends the following message to the foreign nationals living and traveling in Diqing：

1.Follow the government social media accounts for the latest  updates.

Please follow the WeChat account of dqtv123 by searching  “ 迪慶州廣播電視臺(tái)” and the Weibo  by searching “ @迪慶州廣播電視臺(tái)” to obtain the latest updates of the disease, information of designated hospitals for patients in other counties(city) with the novel coronavirus, preventive measures, and important notices for relevant information.

2.Keep personal hygiene in good habits

 Please keep personal hygiene in good habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or flexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean hands with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rub.Please wear a surgical mask when going out and dispose the used mask to the designated garbage bin.Please keep the room clean and open the window for fresh air from time to time.Please avoid unprotected contact with wild or farm animals. Cut eating cold and undercooked food. Have thoroughly cooked food and drink more hot water. 

3.Reduce or avoid outdoor activities

Please avoid crowded areas, and cancel parties, group dinners and other group activities.

4.Check health condition regularly

Please measure body temperature on a regular basis. When such symptoms as fever, cough, difficulty in breathing, or general weakness occur, please wear a surgical mask and seek medical care right away at designated hospitals.

5.Be responsible and cooperative

In case of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from these areas, please report to the local CDC or designated departments as early as possible. Then heed personal health more, stay at home for ample rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate with the government, community or medical staff for health information inquiries and collection.

迪慶州外辦致在迪慶外籍人士的倡議書 

針對(duì)近期新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情，1月25日迪慶州發(fā)布落實(shí)云南省重大突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件一級(jí)響應(yīng)的公告，州委、州政府高度重視，周密部署，各項(xiàng)疫情防控工作有序展開(kāi)。在此，我們向在迪慶的各位外籍人士提出如下倡議：

1.  及時(shí)關(guān)注權(quán)威信息發(fā)布.請(qǐng)關(guān)注迪慶廣播電視臺(tái)微信公眾號(hào)、迪慶廣播電視臺(tái)微博，獲取新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方權(quán)威信息通報(bào)，并了解迪慶州各縣市救治定點(diǎn)醫(yī)院信息和聯(lián)系方式、有關(guān)疫情防控措施以及重要通知通告等，了解相關(guān)信息。

2.  做好自我防護(hù)。保持良好的個(gè)人衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣，咳嗽、打噴嚏時(shí)務(wù)必使用紙巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出時(shí)佩戴醫(yī)用防護(hù)口罩，廢棄口罩規(guī)范投放。注意居所衛(wèi)生，適當(dāng)開(kāi)窗通風(fēng)。避免接觸任何野生動(dòng)物或禽類動(dòng)物，減少生冷食物攝入，食用熟食，多喝熱水。

3.  減少外出活動(dòng)避免前往人員密集場(chǎng)所，暫停聚會(huì)聚餐等群體性活動(dòng)。

4.  定期自測(cè)體溫。若出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽、胸悶、乏力等癥狀，第一時(shí)間佩戴醫(yī)用防護(hù)口罩到迪慶州各縣市定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)就診。

5.  參加聯(lián)防聯(lián)控如果近期曾赴訪疫情高發(fā)地區(qū)，或接觸過(guò)這些地區(qū)的來(lái)迪慶人員，請(qǐng)第一時(shí)間向當(dāng)?shù)丶部貦C(jī)構(gòu)或指定部門報(bào)告，同時(shí)要密切注意身體狀況，多居家休息，少外出活動(dòng)。當(dāng)政府、社區(qū)和醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)人員做疫情防控登記詢問(wèn)時(shí)，請(qǐng)予以理解支持并配合做好工作。
